The International Standard ISO 22415 provides methods to measure sputtering yield volumes of organic test materials using argon cluster ions. The test materials should consist of thin films of known thicknesses between 50 and 1000 nm. The format of the test materials, the measurement of sputtering ion dose, sputtered depth, and reporting requirements for sputtering yield volumes are described.  相似文献

HTPB复合底排药压缩屈服应力模型研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目前广泛应用于底排增程技术的 HTPB 复合底排药 (composite base bleed grain,CBBG) 是一种颗粒填充含能材料,战场环境中将承受冲击、温度等载荷作用. 为研究 HTPB CBBG 冲击压缩力学性能,进行了不同温度 (233$\sim$323 K) 和应变率 (1100$\sim$7900 s$^{-1}$) 下的分离式霍普金森压杆实验. 实验结果表明,各工况下,应力应变曲线均呈现屈服-$\!$-应变硬化特征,HTPB CBBG 保持高韧性. 提高应变率和降低温度均导致相同应变下的应力幅值上升,但温度较应变率对HTPB CBBG 冲击压缩力学性能的影响更为显著. 基于所研究温度范围高于 HTPB CBBG 玻璃化转变温度,通过将水平、垂直移位因子与温度的关系表示为 WLF 方程的形式,将时温等效原理引入协同模型,并计及内应力的应变率增强效应,提出了一种新的屈服应力模型.选取参考温度,利用水平、垂直移位因子-$\!$-温度曲线和屈服应力主曲线拟合模型参数.模型预测值与实验数据对比结果表明:该模型可准确表征 233$\sim$323 K 时 HTPB CBBG 屈服应力的双线性应变率相关性,明确了较低和较高应变率时,应变率效应分别主要由内应力和驱动力贡献.   相似文献

In this work, a novel synthetic path for preparing semi‐armotic components modified polyamide 6 was developed by caprolactam as solvent of purified terephthalic acid and 1,6‐hexanediamine. First, the ring opening reaction and poly‐addition of caprolactam were initiated by 1,6‐hexanediamine to generate a prepolymer containing amino groups in both ends, then followed by the poly‐condensation reaction with purified terephthalic acid, a long chain copolymer was produced, which the reaction time was reduced by 4 h compared with conventional hydrolytic ring‐opening polymerization of pure caprolactam. By varying the ratio of terephthalic acid and 1,6‐hexanediamine, a series of copolymers with different number average molecular weight and physical properties were prepared. Analytical results showed that the conversion percentage of caprolactam is significantly increased by the proposed method. Furthermore, this new copolymers exhibited excellent transparence and high decomposition temperature. Besides, the copolymers with average molecular weight ≥15,000 present good mechanical properties, making it a potentially useful application in plastics, textile yarn, and membranes. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A differential radial distribution function (DRDF) of molten natural rubber (NR) was derived from its wide-angle x-ray scattering (WAXS) data. Three peaks with Bragg spacings 4.85, 2.31, and 1.23 Å corresponding, respectively, to interchain, C1-C3 and C1 -C2 distances are present in the corrected WAXS curve. The derived DRDF, which is shown to be greatly improved than the ones published so far, contains six peaks located at 1.51, 2.48, 3.98, 5.68, 10.65, and 15.25 Å. Maximum contributions of intramolecular atomic distances to the radial distribution peaks were estimated and compared with the experimental results. The comparison shows that the first three peaks are intramolecular in origin and the remaining peaks are predominantly due to intermolecular regularities. A periodicity of an approximately constant interval of 5.26 Å is found between the intermolecular peaks and is attributable to the organizations of more or less parallel chain segments in the material. This finding provided additional evidence for the presence of local lateral ordering to the extent of about 30 Å in molten-state natural rubber.  相似文献

One of the most important concerns for managing public health is the prevention of infectious diseases. Although vaccines provide the most effective means for preventing infectious diseases, there are two main reasons why it is often difficult to reach a socially optimal level of vaccine coverage: (i) the emergence of operational issues (such as yield uncertainty) on the supply side, and (ii) the existence of negative network effects on the consumption side. In particular, uncertainties about production yield and vaccine imperfections often make manufacturing some vaccines a risky process and may lead the manufacturer to produce below the socially optimal level. At the same time, negative network effects provide incentives to potential consumers to free ride off the immunity of the vaccinated population. In this research, we consider how a central policy-maker can induce a socially optimal vaccine coverage through the use of incentives to both consumers and the vaccine manufacturer. We consider a monopoly market for an imperfect vaccine; we show that a fixed two-part subsidy is unable to coordinate the market, but derive a two-part menu of subsidies that leads to a socially efficient level of coverage.  相似文献

Abstract

For KNb1-xTaxO3 crystals the influence of the Ta-concentration on the phase-matching properties for optical second harmonic generation (SHG) was measured. For non-critical phase matched SHG of the Nd:YAG-laser (1064nm) the coefficient d31 of the tensor of the nonlinear susceptibility was applied, while for the GaAs-laser (905 nm) the coefficient d32 was used. For both laser wavelengths the phase-matching temperature decreases with increasing Ta-concentration. Non-critical phase-matching at room temperature can be reached with the GaAs-laser for a Ta-concentration of ≈9%. The corresponding value for the Nd:YAG-laser is ≈14%.  相似文献

Die Gammaspektren von Radionuklidgemischen, die als Folge der Folge der momentanen Spaltung von235 U mit thermischen Neutronen, 235U und 239 Pu mit Spaltneutronen und 238 U mit 14-MeV -Neutronen entstehen, wurden berechnet. Die Angaben über Zerfallsreihen, Spaltausbeuten, Halbwertszeiten und Nuklidgammaspektren für etwa 200 Radionuklide basieren vol allem auf einer Zusammenstellung von Davies. Es sind die Gammaspektren, die Gammaemissionsraten, die Expositionsdosisleistungen und die mittleren Energien für ein Alter der Spaltproduktgemische von einer Minute bis zu 100 Jahren angegeben.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the regularities of molecular hydrogen formation from water dispersing Al2O3 nanoparticles irradiated with gamma ray. It was established that formed molecular hydrogen’s yield changed depending on the size of the catalyst, so that yield of molecular hydrogen formed on the surface with small size is 1.4–1.6 times greater than the one with big size. Equal distribution of nanocatalyst in water medium and much more adsorption of water molecule on the catalyst surface result in more efficient radiolysis process.  相似文献

Reproducible and uncharacteristic tensile stress–strain behavior of cured glassy epoxy‐amine networks produces distinctive fracture surfaces. Test specimens exhibiting plastic flow result in mirror‐like fracture surfaces, whereas samples that fail during yield or strain softening regions possess nominal mirror‐mist‐hackle topography. Atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy reveal branched nodule morphologies in the 50‐nm size scale that may be responsible for the unusual tensile properties. Current hypothesis is that plastic flow of the glassy thermoset occurs through the existence and deformation of these nodular nanostructures. The thermal cure profile of the epoxy‐amine thermoset affects the size and formation of the nodular nanostructure. Eliminating vitrification during thermoset polymerization forms a more continuous phase, reduction in size of the nodules, and eliminates the capacity of the material to yield in plastic flow. This maximizes nanostructure connectivity of the glassy epoxy‐amine thermoset and reduces strain to failure significantly. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym.
